The intent of this Bid is to secure a vendor who will provide, on an "as needed" basis, various new and unused Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) replacement parts and components for the Authority's equipment manufactured by Vermeer Corporation. The Authority owns and operates a 2015 CT718 Compost Turner and a 2021 TR626 Trommel Screen which are both utilized at the Authority's Landfill Facility located at 2050 Route 610, Woodbine, NJ 08270. 2015 СT718 Compost Turner Serial Number 56S814R6EF003003; 2021 TR626 Trommel Screen Serial Number 56S8552N3MF004079. Note to vendor: As equipment is replaced during the term of this contract, parts and services may no longer be required for equipment listed under this contract, but may be required for future equipment not yet purchased nor listed above. All parts must be Vermeer OEM Replacement Parts. All parts shall carry a minimum of thirty (30) day warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Standard Manufacturer's warranty, if longer than thirty (30) days, shall apply.
