This project calls for providing of engineering services related to data collection and analysis, planning, and estimating. These duties specifically include: 1. Agency Reviews and meetings, 2. Traffic Counts and study, 3. Surfacing Options, to include: a. Asphalt base stabilization and seal coating, b. Base stabilization and asphalt surfacing, c. Concrete. 4. Identifying needed structures, 5. Cost estimates and timeline estimates for each surfacing option for each road segment, 6. Provide a recommended priority list for road improvements based upon usage and condition. 2.2 Respondents are to include any changes to this scope of work as part of their submittal. Respondents are also encouraged to propose additional tasks or activities if they will substantially improve the results of the project, add clarity, and/or demonstrate their understanding of the project goals. 2.3 The duties and scope of work for this project could be expanded by Supplement in the future to include the following: 1. Opinion of Probable Costs / Estimating, 2. Project management and administration, 3. Provide options and analysis of various bid packaging scenarios, project phasing and grouping or projects to maximize efficiencies, minimize costs. 4. Public Engagement, 5. Survey and base map preparation, 6. Utility coordination.
