Scope of Work: Lowell Pool is an outdoor public pool facility owned and operated by the City of Boise. It has been closed since 2020. This project seeks to engage a qualified Design-Build Team to restor the pool to its original function while incorporating critical upgrades to meet current safety, accessibility, and operational standards. The scope includes structural improvements to the historic above-grade pool structure, complete refinishing of the pool basin, installation of new pool equipment, remodel to space below pool deck, and the construction of a new addition to provide ADA-compliant restrooms and showers, along with accessible vertical circulation. As Lowell Pool is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, all improvements must be sensitive to historic rehabilitation standards, and the new addition must be architecturally compatible with the existing historic structure
