The City of Cartersville is planning to construct the following facilities on property owned at 19 North Erwin Street, Cartersville, GA: • Cartersville City Hall – A new four-story City Hall building and associated site development between North Erwin Street, West Church Street, CSX Railroad, and West Cherokee Avenue to create a new pedestrian park area along North Erwin Street between the existing City Office building and the new City Hall building and separate lower-level parking zone along N. Public Square. Additionally, the project includes a pocket park in the Founder’s Oak area of North Public square, a new rear entrance building with an elevator to access the existing City Manager’s Office at 1 North Erwin Street, and the demolition of the existing City Hall. • Total Sq. Footage of the new City Hall to be approximately 39,000.
