The project shall generally consist of: 1. Obtain and pay for all jurisdiction permit fees, including preparation, submittal, and approval of required Traffic Control Plans. These permit fees will be reimbursable paid to the contractor by STA with no markup. 2. Perform/coordinate thorough public and private utility locates. 3. Provision of temporary traffic control. 4. Site work for demolition, grading, and placement of sidewalk and bus stop pads per plans and specifications. 5. Remediation of adjacent irrigation and landscaping per plans and specifications, as needed. 6. Installation of signage posts. 7. Record all as-built information for delivery to Owner as required for final closeout. 8. All other work shown as specified in the associated plans and specifications.
