The City of Vidalia (CITY) is seeking sealed bids for the supply, design, construction, and installation of generators at city venues as described in Appendix B: ● Two (2) - 200 kW, three-phase, diesel-powered, standby generators, ● One (1) - 175 kW, three-phase, diesel-powered, standby generator ● Two (2) - 80 kW, three-phase, diesel-powered, standby generators ● One (1) 125 kW, three-phase, diesel-powered, standby generator ● One (1) 40 kW, single-phase, diesel-powered, standby generator ● Two (2) 25 kW, single-phase, diesel-powered, standby generators These locations will also require the following sizes of transfer switches: ● Two (2) single-phase 200 Amp Automatic Transfer Switches ● One (1) three-phase 100 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch ● Three (3) three-phase 200 Amp Automatic Transfer Switches ● Three (3) three-phase 400 Amp Automatic Transfer Switches Annual generator maintenance services are also requested as an optional and separate line item. This project will be partially funded through FEMA’s 404 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program with the purpose of ensuring uninterrupted power supply during emergency situations, safeguarding the continuous operation of critical systems within the facility during power outages.
