Vendor shall furnish all labor, containers, equipment, and permits/fees needed to provide grease pumping services to the facility, including transportation and proper disposal of all waste collected from the facility. Services shall be performed on three (3) tanks at the facility: Two (2) dietary grease traps, approximately eighteen hundred (1800) gallons each, which are located outside of the dietary building and require approximately fifty (50) feet of hose. Frequency of service for the two (2) dietary grease traps is expected to be approximately every fourteen (14) days, but the facility reserves the right to adjust this frequency based on need. Each service call, regardless of frequency, shall be paid at the normal rate specified by bid. One (1) culinary arts grease trap, approximately seven hundred fifty (750) gallons, which is located outside of the culinary arts building and requires approximately fifty (50) feet of hose. Frequency of service for the one (1) culinary arts grease trap is expected to be approximately every three (3) months, but the facility reserves the right to adjust this frequency based on need. Each service call, regardless of frequency, shall be paid at the normal rate specified by bid. For vendor’s convenience, whenever possible, service for the culinary arts grease trap will be completed on a day when the dietary grease traps are already being serviced. Vendor shall be responsible for, and provide proof of, proper disposal of all grease trap materials from the point of pumping, including compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and ordinances governing such disposal. No temporary storage of waste shall be permitted on facility grounds.
