JPS seeks to establish long-term, strategic partnerships with suppliers of craniomaxillofacial (CMF) products to support the hospital’s growing surgical program. The objective of this initiative is to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms across the full range of CMF implants, instruments, and related services. JPS intends to leverage the RFP process to identify partners that can deliver high-quality products, reliable supply, and innovative solutions that advance patient care. Through these partnerships, JPS aims to reduce total cost of ownership while maintaining or improving clinical outcomes. A key goal of the project is to grow CMF case volume and expand the unit’s capabilities through strong vendor collaboration. The selected suppliers will be expected to work closely with JPS leadership and clinical teams to ensure contract compliance, ongoing performance review, and shared growth objectives. Vendors and healthcare providers are also expected to collaborate effectively to ensure that custom implants are utilized when they offer a clear benefit to patient care. Vendors are required to provide robust operational support to guarantee the timely availability and readiness of these implants. Furthermore, to reinforce accountability and foster a strong partnership, vendors should offer discounts or credits for any cancellations.
