The Contractor shall perform Annual Preventive Maintenance as described below and in D-2.1(A). Payment will be made per Annual Preventive Maintenance. The following Preventive Maintenance Work shall be performed by the Contractor on KSB submersible mixers and WILO-EMU submersible mixers: a. Monitor the current consumption during all three (3) phases. b. Record voltage readings between all phases on the line side and load side of the control panel. c. Perform a resistance check of the motor winding insulation for all phases. d. Check the mast and hoist assembly for looseness and corrosion. e. Check for noisy running bearings. f. Perform a functional inspection of accessories such as lowering devices and hoisting gears. g. Check condition of mechanical seals by inspecting the oil in the sealing chamber and prechamber. h. Change oil, clean the filling and drain plugs, fit them with a new sealing ring and line them with sealant. i. Perform a visual inspection of the propeller. j. Perform a functional inspection of safety and control devices such as temperature sensors and sealing room monitor. k. Perform a visual examination of the cable holders and traction cable. l. Perform an insulation resistance test and visual inspection of the power supply cable. m. Perform a visual check of the coating. n.
