Vendor is to excavate, remove, and haul off site (1) 4,000 Gallon UST. • Product line will need to be capped at the edge of the tank excavation. • Once the tank is removed, the excavation will need to be backfilled with onsite spoils and compacted. • Fill sand needs to be imported and used for backfilling for the remainder of the excavation and compacted up to final grade. • The old tank will need to be hauled off site Supply and install (1) 4,000 Gallon Horizontal DW Flameshield AST • Tank Dimensions: 7' Dia x 14'6" L Supply a certified crane service to offload and place the new AST (if needed). Supply concrete for a new 15' x 20' tank pad for the new AST to be placed on. Supply and install carbon steel bollards as collision protection around the new UST. Vendor is required to apply white paint to the above ground piping and bollards. Trench across the driveway from the AST to the gates on the yard and install new OPW flexworks piping. Supply backfill material and concrete to replace concrete that was removed during the trenching process. Install (1) 1.5" supply line to feed the new day tank and generator, and boilers. • Day tank and Generator supplied by Hospital. Install (1) new 1.5" return line from the generator and boilers to the new AST. Install (1) new 1.5" supply line to the exterior side of the building to be tied back into the existing steel pipe. Install (1) new 1.5" return line from the exterior of the building back to the new AST. Install new 1.5" supply and return lines in a 4" double layer access pipe underground. Install (1) inventory only probe in the new AST. Install (1) Veeder-Root TLS48 in place of the existing ILS-350 Supply (1) 4,000 Gallon Temporary Fuel Tank. • Existing fuel from the UST will need to be removed and transferred to the temporary tank. • Once the project is completed, the fuel will be removed and transferred to the new AST.
