The work includes comprehensive upgrades to the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems serving approximately 23,000 square feet of office, laboratory, and process areas in the Operations Building at the Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority's River Road wastewater Treatment Plant, 290 River Road, Princeton, NJ 08540. The project involves the removal and replacement of multiple large-capacity airhandling units, installation of new variable air volume (VAV) terminal units, exhaust fans, ductwork, process and chilled water piping, and a replacement of the existing control system with a direct digital control (DDC) system fully integrated with the facility's building management system. work also includes new electrical pow er distribution and control wiring, fireproofing and insulation, and architectural restoration of all impacted areas.
