The scope of services will include the following: 1. Design, permitting, and right of way acquisition for transportation projects. This task may include, but not be limited to: public outreach assistance and coordination, development of concept plans, environmental permit coordination, construction permit coordination, wetland delineation, cultural resources, surveying services, right-of-way/easement services and acquisition assistance, sub-consultant management, project cost estimating, and complete construction plan & specification development (including all engineering and landscaping/irrigation components). 2. Construction services. This task may include, but not limited to: requests for information, submittal review, design changes, construction inspection support, record drawing preparation, and construction claim assistance. 3. General engineering assistance. This task may include, but not be limited to: Traffic engineering, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, project cost estimating, arborist services, and grant writing. These services may be provided by the selected consultant or as a subconsultant as part of the selected consultant’s team.
