1. The project location is Tennant Way Landfill located at 85 Tennant Way in Longview, Washington. 2. Contractor shall perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, repair, installation, inspection, testing, and calibration on a variety of electrical and industrial equipment, including but not limited to: a. Low and medium voltage systems (up to 12.4kV) b. Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) c. Motor Control Centers (MCC) d. Automatic Transfer Switches (ATC) e. Actuators f. Transformers g. Switchgear h. Panels i. Protection Relays j. Battery Banks k. DC Chargers l. Inverters m. Power Converters n. Breakers o. Motors p. Pumps q. Generators r. Process Valves and Pumps s. Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems t. Mechanical staging, erection, and/or rigging of equipment u. Mechanical fabrication 3. The Contractor shall perform services including, but not limited to: a. Troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of equipment listed above. b. Coordination and subcontracting with manufacturers to provide factory-trained and certified technicians when required to maintain warranty or UL listing. c. Coordination and subcontracting with highly specialized firms when expertise is beyond the Contractor’s workforce. d. Installation, inspection, testing, and calibration of components involved in industrial systems including thermostats, direct digital control systems, VFDs, electrical control circuits, etc. e. Rebuild and/or replacement of pumps and motors. f. Inspection, rebuilding, or replacement of electrical devices including panels, starters, contactors, signal cables, and receptacles. Includes electrical wiring, switches, and lighting. g. Inspection, repair, programming, or replacement of building systems such as fire alarm panels, building controls, sensors, alarms, interlocked controls, leak detection systems, generators, door controls, lighting systems, and fire suppression equipment. h. Mechanical services including hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance, mechanical staging, erection, rigging, and fabrication as required. i. Support services including material purchasing and equipment rental. j. Other services as required by the County and mutually agreed upon. 4. Contractor is responsible for all necessary permits including filing, payments, and scheduling. 5. All work shall be performed in accordance with local, state, and federal codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC), and shall comply with all applicable occupational safety regulations. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all personnel follow OSHA regulations and relevant industry safety standards, including but not limited to: a. Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures b. Arc Flash Protection (NFPA 70E) c. Confined Space Entry (when applicable) d. Fall Protection
