All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Scope of Work: The work shall include, but is not limited to, the following tasks: • Removal of existing curb ramps and adjacent sidewalk as necessary to accommodate new construction. • Construction and installation of new Directional Curb Ramps per current City of Burleson design standards. • Provide and install preformed thermoplastic heat-applied crosswalk markings consisting of 24” x 6’ white crosswalks with 4” black contrast borders, in accordance with the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTCD). • Provide and install preformed thermoplastic heat-applied Stop bar markings consisting of 24” x 12’ white markings (2 each), in accordance with the TMUTCD. • Relocate roundabout warning signs to the Bike Lane Ends post. • Relocate Bike Lane Ends sign to the street light pole at the roundabout. • Provide and install Fluorescent Yellow Pedestrian Warning Signs (W11-2) (2 each, 30” x 30”) with Fluorescent Yellow “Down Arrow” Plaques (W16-7P) (2 each, 21” x 15”) on 1¾” Telespar posts with 2” drivable bases, in accordance with the TMUTCD and City standards. • Provide and install Fluorescent Yellow Advanced Pedestrian Warning Sign (W11-2) (1 each, 30” x 30”) with Fluorescent Yellow “Ahead” Plaque (W16-9P) (1 each, 24” x 12”) on 1¾” Telespar post with 2” drivable base, in accordance with the TMUTCD and City standards. • Restoration of all disturbed areas to match existing conditions or as otherwise specified in project plans.
