• Demolition/relocation of existing infrastructure along the back wall such as indoor plumbing, insulation, lighting, electrical panels, pedestrian door, etc. • Installation of 750 square feet of new concrete foundation and slab with 4,000 psi mix concrete (6” depth). • 750 square feet of building expansion • Removal and reinstallation of overhead door and roll-up door tracks • Installation of roof to provide a weathertight building • Installation of typical metal building insulation on siding and roof Construction managers shall make a site visit to examine the existing conditions and make themselves comfortable with their statement of qualifications submittal. Required Services Required services include: • Meeting with Owner and McClelland Consulting Engineers (Engineer) to discuss airport requirements • Obtaining all necessary permits and inspections to complete this project and provide a ready-to-operate hangar
