Software Maintenance for WOTC Program Full service maintenance agreement on software for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. FY24 Monthly service which includes user support, daily data backup, data storage and ongoing updates based on Federal legislation and requirements. Charges will include: multiple-user access via the web of all functions and features, consultant data transfer assistance and conversion; and staff user support via phone and e-mail, Monday through Friday 9am-6pm Eastern time and other times mutually agreed upon. Computer Systems Design Company are monitored 24/7 to include data storage of all entered forms and scanned documents.
