Services to conduct an audit of the financial records of the Township as required by all applicable federal, state, and local statutes; Preparation of Audit Report in accordance with the Division of Local Government Services; and attendance at requested meetings related to the audit. Services to review official statement, review/assistance with preparation of economic and demographic information relating to the Township, preparation of the Township’s financial statements, assisting with and communication with the Township’s Financial Advisor, assistance with the rating agency process and conference call, performance of due diligence and subsequent events, procedures and communication with Township’s Bond Counsel.
