The selected contractor shall: • Crack Sealing: Identify and properly seal all cracks in the asphalt surfaces of test courses and parking lots to extend pavement life. • Vegetation Removal: Remove any grass or vegetation currently growing on asphalt pads prior to seal coating. • Seal Coat Test Courses: Apply a high-quality seal coat to designated DDS test courses at multiple locations. • Stripe Test Courses: Stripe all test courses according to the layouts provided by DDS. • Parking Lot Work (as applicable): At certain locations, seal coating and striping the parking lot areas may be required. Parking lots must be striped to match the existing layout. • Scheduling: All work must be performed on weekends and Mondays only, when DDS centers are closed, to avoid disruption of operations. • Completion Timeline: All work must be fully completed no later than March 31, 2025.
