The selected vendor will provide vending kiosks and ongoing support services to meet the needs of the Tribal Public Health Department. Kiosks must be designed, customized, and maintained to promote community health, confidentiality, and accessibility while meeting environmental and technological requirements. 1. Kiosk Design & Customization • Provide kiosks with solid front panels to ensure confidentiality and privacy in dispensing. • Construct kiosks suitable for extreme heat environments common to the Phoenix Metro. • Offer customizable configurations to dispense a variety of prevention products. • Include refrigeration options for temperature-sensitive inventory. • Provide security protections for safe kiosk use and updates as needed. 2. Maintenance & Support • Ensure local maintenance response within 24 hours of service request. • Maintain a help line with rapid response for technical or operational issues. • Provide inventory removal services for expired or unusable items. • Support upgrades to equipment as innovations and technology updates occur. 3. Product & Inventory Management • Customize products to fit kiosk vending specifications. • Support a variety of products, including emerging prevention and health items as identified by the Tribal Public Health Department. • Conduct ongoing product research to offer new prevention items upon request. • Implement a loyalty pricing model to ensure affordability and sustainability. • Provide phone line connectivity for real-time reporting of inventory and maintenance needs. 4. Data & Reporting • Provide a data dashboard service accessible to Tribal Public Health staff. • Dashboard must track: - Inventory levels - Usage by item and location - Maintenance logs • Dashboard must be compatible with Tribal data collection systems to allow integration and reduce duplication of effort. • Offer regular reports and analytics to support evaluation and planning.
