Temperature Range: The refrigeration system must maintain 34–36°F under variable outdoor conditions, including frequent door openings and seasonal temperature fluctuations. The system will be used for plant storage, typically from March to September. Roof: Sloped roof with a membrane package suitable for outdoor installation. Doors & Access: One 6’ x 8’ locking sliding access door (or comparable size that allows future forklift access) and strip curtain sized to match the final installed door at the access point. Refrigeration System: The system must be appropriately sized and designed to sustain required temperatures during frequent door use, with consideration for load demands and potential redundancy. Minimum requirements include one or more outdoor condensing units and one or more walk-in cooler evaporators. Lighting: Interior LED lighting with sufficient brightness to ensure a well-lit, safe, and functional working environment. Power: Compatible with existing three-phase, 100-AMP electrical service.
