Deploy multidisciplinary staff (clinicians, case managers, peer support specialists) to provide needs assessments, case management, and post-release support (For Co-Responder/Hybrid Model). Provide technical assistance and training to correctional officers and law enforcement on behavioral health, de-escalation, and reentry best practices. Reduce criminalization, recidivism, and homelessness among target populations.
