No Work shall be commenced unless and until authorized by MetroLINK. In consideration of the compensation set out below, Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, services, supervision and facilities and to provide and do everything else necessary to complete the acquisition of Equipment Lease Agreements and Service-Maintenance Agreements for the required copiers and printers for MetroLINK facilities. MetroLINK and Contractor agree to the following Scope of Work for this Agreement: Contractor’s Obligations The Contractor shall diligently perform and complete Copier Contract in a good and workmanlike manner, with the highest standards of attention to detail, use best industry practices to provide the Copier Contract and to protect and promote the interests of MetroLINK in all matters relating to the Copier Contract.
