Integral Care seeks an Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) -compliant venue to host its next staff development conference (the “Event”). The Event is scheduled to occur on May 12-13, 2026 in Austin, Texas. The Event will be open to approximately 1000 staff who will have the option of attending one of the two days on which the Event occurs. For this Event, Integral Care requires the following: dedicated venue Event manager to support planning from Contract execution to post-Event debrief; onsite support and venue staffing on the day of the Event; Ballroom space for plenary sessions and lunch (number of attendees per Event day will not exceed 500); parking lot capacity for attendees of the Event; minimum of five (5) meeting rooms for simultaneous Event breakout sessions of 25 – 100 guests each; ability to have Successful Bidder-provided lunch, snacks and beverages at the Event; electricity and ability to support multimedia presentations; seating for attendees; space for a minimum of 10 exhibitors; private, locked room for nursing mothers; and onsite, indoor restrooms (no portable restrooms).
