SAWS is soliciting proposals to contract a qualified and experienced Food Service Management Provider to operate and manage the SAWS Cafeteria Facility at the Corporate Headquarters to include operating and managing food, vending and catering services at other SAWS locations. SAWS is requesting a proposal for the following services: Cafeteria services at SAWS Corporate Headquarters Vending services at all SAWS locations Catering services, as required, at all SAWS locations All services require the Contractor to be responsible for providing all personnel necessary for efficient operation of all services. All services require the Contractor to be responsible for procurement, preparation, and service of food, cleaning kitchen, equipment, food service and dining areas; providing any and all materials required for the preparation, presentation, delivery and service of food.
