Initiate evaluations within two weeks of referral receipt. 5.3.2 Conclude the evaluation, inclusive of report and post-evaluation meeting, within the contractually agreed upon timeframe. 5.3.3 Conduct an evaluation inclusive of records review, clinical interview(s), psychological or neuropsychological testing, and delivery written results with one consultative meeting. 5.3.4 Where appropriate or necessary, conduct screenings to determine if a comprehensive evaluation is warranted. 5.3.5 Conduct evaluations in a location conducive to the client, including in the client’s residence (which may include hospitals and other community settings) when necessary. 5.3.6 Develop a written report for each client that outlines functional strengths and limitations as well as cognitive capacity.
