Includes abatement and remediation of building. Demolition of the newer building additions as shown on design documents and renovation of original building garage bays portion of the original building. New office area, and restroom. Includes all new MEP related systems for renovation of building to remain. The existing mezzanine, upper floor level of garage shall be removed and as the garage bays below are to remain, must be made safe, weathertight, prior to new wood roof trusses installed as new roof above. The scope of work includes the following, site work, utility service work and re-work to extend into remaining building from existing site buried services currently feeding building. The work will be separated into two Phases, first phase to include all work related to abatement and demolition, Second Phase to include renovation of interior and exterior of existing building to remain.
