This work includes all labor, equipment, and materials to demolition, generator, ATS, earthwork and pavement, & electrical upgrades including, but not limited to, the following major items: a. Demolition and disposal of existing standby generator, generator concrete pad, sidewalk panels, control devices, ATS in pump room, and associated electrical cables. b. Install new generator, concrete pad, and bollards outdoor, ATS/disconnect combined unit and concrete pad in the pump room and associated electrical and control wires. c. Completion of outdoor earthwork and sidewalk. d. Update existing control panel and SCADA. Install new wires and conduits to fit the new control and power needed. e. Other mechanical and electrical modifications shown in the drawings. f. Arch Flash study and labeling of any modified panels.
