The Planning & Community Development Department of the Town of Orleans on behalf of the Town of Orleans Affordable Housing Trust and the Select Board, as facilitated through the Town Manager’s Office, is seeking proposals for the disposition of a 0.36 +/- acre parcel located at 22 Old Tote Road in the Town of Orleans, with an existing building and associated improvements thereon (the “Property”) and a proposal that would result in the creation of four residential units, two of which are permanently deed restricted affordable: one affordable to households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) established by the US Office of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and one affordable to households earning 120% of the HUD AMI.
