Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: The Division of Air Quality Analysis (DAQA) Analytical Laboratory currently uses a canister cleaning system and Precision Static Dilution equipment that is outdated and needs to be replaced and is compatible with other Entech equipment being used in the laboratory. The purchase of this equipment will be backup equipment in the laboratory. Having a backup canister cleaning oven and Precision Static Dilution system in the DAQA laboratory would give the capability to have the same hardware, service, spare parts, consumables, and support as the current systems. They can also be added to the Preventative Maintenance service contract maintained on the current sytems.
