DOR anticipates the project will include the following phases and tasks; vendors are invited to propose different or additional phases/tasks in their Project Plan submitted as part of their response. Planning and Preparation Identify the servers and other infrastructure needed for the migration Review DOR Office 365 identity synchronization and OneDrive configuration on the massgov.onmicrosoft.com Office 365 tenant to achieve full synchronization of identities necessary for the migration (will require involvement of EOTSS). Identify and implement required access to the personal drives Setup and configure migration servers and infrastructure Create mass.gov privileged account access rights to be put in place prior to the migration and removed at the end of the migration (will require involvement of EOTSS) Analyze active and inactive DOR personal drives Analyze active and inactive DOR OneDrive accounts Identify personal drives and OneDrive accounts that need remediation Identify any OneDrive accounts that need to be created Provide written documentation of the planning activities, including required remediation steps OneDrive Migration Install and configure the selected tool to be used for the migration Develop and publish a migration schedule for the DOR accounts, including both pilot and wave migrations Create any required OneDrive accounts, as needed (will require involvement of EOTSS) Document identified divergences from recommended practices as remediation activities Execute three production pilot migrations of up to 100 accounts each, from DOR on-premises servers to OneDrive in the mass.gov tenant Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office 365 tenant Execute the production wave migrations Provide post-migration support for each pilot and wave migration to assist remediating any issues impacting the migration Upon completion of the migration, the vendor shall (1) remove all temporary accounts, permissions, and access methods created or used to facilitate the migration from on-premises file shares to OneDrive for Business; and (2) configure all migrated on-premises file shares to "read-only" access to prevent further changes while maintaining historical reference. Ensure all IRS Publication 1075 policies, practices, controls, safeguards, and requirements are followed EOTSS reserves the right to procure additional, related services as a result of this RFQ.
