The project address is 3030 Boswell Lane, Lexington, KY 40511. ****ADD ALTERNATES**** There will be one add alternate for this project per Sheet Note E10 on Sheet 101, Base Bid shall include AR7 type light fixtures and 1 dimmer switch in the Experiment Rooms (Room #102 and #105). Add Alternate #1 shall provide a price to include “RED” Type Light fixtures in lieu of AR7s, and a second dimmer light switch in each experiment room as indicated on the drawings.
