1. General a. Ability to provide 3,000 individual tele-therapy sessions (12 months) annually. Any unused sessions must roll over to the next year at no additional cost. b. Ability to provide 500 crisis response calls (12 months) annually. Any unused calls must roll over to the next year at no additional cost. c. Ability to provide 24/7/365 crisis support line staffed by licensed clinicians. d. Ability to provide brief, evidence-based therapy for a range of presenting concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma) e. Must have the capable of providing therapeutic services to USC students from all 50 states and U.S. territories. f. Ability to provide crisis support services to USC students studying internationally. g. Ability to culturally competent care with multilingual clinicians and free translation services. h. Ability to provide support during daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays. i. Ability to provide emergency and urgent care escalation procedures. j. Ability to access at least 50-minute counseling sessions, tailored to individual needs. k. Ability to provide risk assessment, secure documentation, and clinical coordination with USC CAPS. l. Ability to provide optional monthly pre-recorded and a minimum of one monthly live virtual workshop on topics relevant to the college student experience m. Ability to provide case management referrals for complex needs. n. Ability to roll over unused sessions and calls year to year without penalty
