• Identify emergency response protocols to field incidents including, but not limited to, personnel and/or public safety, water distribution interruptions, and traffic management. • • Identify the proposed subcontractors. If approved by DC Water, the Subcontractors will be made a part of any resulting contract between DC Water and your company. Any proposed sub-Contractor list changes once the contract is awarded shall be submitted to DC Water in writing for review and consideration. • Provide a list of three (3) recent reference projects of relevant size and scope to this project for assessment, rehabilitation, and information management. Only references in which the proposer has performed a mapping grade (sub foot) postprocessed GPS data collection will be accepted. The information provided for each client shall include the following. All references must be within the last five (5) years. • Client name, address, email, and telephone number • Description of services provided • List of key personnel that provided the services • Identify all project managers and key personnel identified for this project that previously worked with the provided references of projects similar in size and scope. • Duration of the project • For UDF projects, include the contact information for the consulting firm that developed the UDF plan o Valve assessment references should include a cumulative (all references) total of: 200,000 valve assessments, not including hydrant isolation valves. 1,500 large valve assessments of 16" diameter or larger. 10,000 test cuts and shutdowns in support of infrastructure repair program. o Hydrant assessment references should include a cumulative total of: 50,000 fire hydrant inspections. For M-17 projects, Contractor shall provide 3 references in which the field crews used a web portal based digital pairing map and provide examples of screenshots.
