The Contractor shall meet the following objectives: A. Implement a turnkey solution by providing all services and supplies for the printing and mailing of ENV sewer bills and customer documents. B. Provide 100% error-free printing and mailing services for ENV sewer bills and other customer documents (i.e., bill inserts, letters, etc.). C. Provide ENV customer service representatives and other authorized City personnel the capability to quickly and easily perform the following functions: 1. View an exact image of an ENV sewer bill or other customer document. 2. Ability to create image (i.e., PDF) of ENV sewer bills or customer documents for special processing or review that can be withheld from the delivery process until the ENV customer service representative reviews, then make a decision to delete, archive (save only), or deliver (archive and mail). 3. View the status of printing and mailing services (i.e., status on receipt of file, work in process, etc.). 4. Track printing batches from receipt of transmitted files to USPS delivery receipt with date/times tracking, mail piece counts. D. Manage printing and mailing remotely over the Internet by providing a web application/portal for ENV customer service representatives to perform the tasks without directly contacting the Contractor...
