The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) seeks quotes from Vendors for the development of a web-based Greenhouse Gas Scenario Planning Tool (Tool) to assist each of the 564 municipalities in New Jersey in assessing the potential for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reductions from local initiatives. This tool will empower New Jersey municipalities to assess and plan for GHG emissions reductions through localized strategies aligned with state and federal goals. The tool should be user-friendly, easily accessed and usable by municipal staff, volunteers, and residents engaged in sustainability efforts. Tasks are as follows: Task 1: Develop GHG Scenario Planning Tool. Task 2: Enhanced Features. Task 3: Post Launch Support. Task 4: Special Projects.
