The software shall have the following functionality: 1) Comprehensive visual documentation and identification of damage to the Township’s roads 2) Automated cataloging and identification of damage of Township assets, including, but not limited to, manholes, street-signs, and catch-basins. 3) Software recommendations on where road improvements should be prioritized. 4) Enable the user to manually collect and easily communicate and export data. 5) Be flexible and interoperable to work with other software currently deployed by the Township (Geographic Information Systems, work-order software) Platform: The software must be available through a combination of native mobile applications as well as a web-based application, accessible from any network connected computer. The selected software will be mobile applications that will empower Franklin Township to collect data related to the pavement and its many assets on an on-going basis.
