Furnishing all tools, materials and labor and performing the work necessary to remove an old rock retaining wall and construct a new block retaining wall along the south side of the 1400 block of Pioneer Road in the City of Ponca City. The retaining wall spans approximately 225 linear feet and varies in height from 8.5 feet to 13 feet. The block wall shall be Redi-Rock 28” retaining blocks or approved equal and meet the specifications for ASTM C1776. Project includes staining the block wall to match the natural color of the existing stone wall. Final wall design to be provided by supplier. Other items of note in this project include 1,716 cubic yards of unclassified excavation and 1,641 cubic yards of select borrow. There is also significant tree removal as well as removal and replacement of a portion of the adjacent asphalt street.
