The purchase of real property owned by Hays CISD. The property to be sold by the District, consists of approximately 88 acres located near Uhland Elementary School, as depicted and described in the attached Exhibit A (“Property”). Note that the Property would be conveyed subject to all applicable restrictions, and the conveyance will not include mineral rights. The current anticipated future use of the portion of the District’s property located between the Property and existing Uhland Elementary School (the “Adjacent District Property”) is a 1200-student middle school and a 2800-student high school. Offerors submittals shall include offeror’s agreement to provide electric, natural gas, water, wastewater and stormwater utilities (retention, detention, water quality) for these District’s facilities to be located on the Adjacent District Property.
