The scope of this project is to demolish the failed VRF heat pump system that previously served Miller Dining auxiliary spaces and replace the system with ducted water-to-air heat pumps. 2. Demolition of VRF heat pump system components include but are not limited to: VRF heat pumps, fan coils, refrigerant piping, condensate piping, ventilation air ductwork, branch selector boxes, thermostats, and electrical connections. 3. The new water-to-air heat pump system includes but is not limited to: (8) heat pumps, ductwork, condenser water loop connections, grilles/ registers/ diffusers, condensate pumps and piping, and thermostats and controls. 4. Certain spaces have existing heating in the form of hot water finned tube or cabinet unit heaters. These heaters shall be integrated with heat pumps as auxiliary heating. 5. Addition of tees to the condenser water loop for option of adding heat injection in the future. 6. Repair/ replacement of ACT ceiling as necessary. 7. Test and balance of existing heat recovery ventilators HRV-1 and HRV-2 before any demolition occurs. 8. Test and balance of new systems and existing HRV-1 and HRV-2 post construction.
