The selected firm shall provide professional architectural and engineering services. Anticipated tasks include: A. Advanced Planning & Programming Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder workshops. Prepare a Program of Requirements (POR) for each facility. Develop site utilization and circulation studies. B. Building Assessments & Conceptual Design Evaluate existing conditions at the Sugarloaf warehouse, current Fleet facility, and 110 Williams Street. Prepare conceptual alternatives with cost estimates. Provide visualizations (plans, renderings, models) to facilitate decision-making. C. Design Development & Construction Documents (future phase) Develop schematic and design development drawings. Prepare detailed specifications and bid/construction documents. Incorporate sustainable design principles (energy efficiency, EV infrastructure, stormwater best practices). D. Permitting & Approvals (future phase) Coordinate site plan approval, building code compliance, ADA, zoning, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and track permit applications. E. Construction Administration (possible future phase) Bidding and contractor selection support. Shop drawing reviews, progress meetings, change order evaluation. Final inspection and closeout.
