Furnish and Deliver One (1) New, Unsaturated Non-isothermal triaxial apparatus for soil testing with the following technical specifications: • Load frame o 50 kN minimum axial load o Provide both on-frame digital displacement and load control and PC control of displacement and load. o Digital load cell with PC readout • Digital axial displacement transducer with PC readout • Triaxial cell with minimum 4 MPa cell pressure capacity o Ability to accommodate minimum 70 mm diameter, 140 mm height soil specimen with accessories • Soil sample temperature control from 10 degrees C (or lower) to at least 65 degrees C o Cell temperature transducer o Sample temperature transducer • Soil sample volume change measurement using either the double wall technique and/or a local strain transducer with hall-effects
