• General grading, excavation, and finish work. • Drainage improvement and maintenance projects. • Utility replacement or repair, including water and sewer infrastructure. • Installation of new utilities, such as: o Culverts o Waterlines and service lines o Sewer mains o Lift stations and manholes o Valve vaults • Replacement or installation of existing/new culverts. • Emergency repairs to waterlines and/or sewer lines. (Must respond within 2 hours) • Repairs or maintenance at lift stations or pump stations. • Pavement and Roadway Work, including but not limited to: o Asphalt, chip seal, and/or concrete pavement replacement and repair. o Full-depth pavement reconstruction. o Milling and overlay operations. o Base stabilization, subgrade preparation, and compaction. o Concrete panel, curb, or gutter replacement. o Driveway tie-ins and transitions to existing pavement. o Saw cutting, backfilling, and restoration associated with utility or drainage work. o Any work related to the restoration of road surfaces following excavation or utility installation. • Tree Services, including but not limited to: o Routine tree trimming and vegetation management for rights-of-way, drainage areas, and city property. o Tree removal and stump grinding as directed by the city. o Emergency tree removal following storms, vehicle impacts, or other hazards to public safety. (must respond within 2-3 hours) o Storm response and cleanup, including removal of downed limbs, debris clearing, and restoration of affected areas.
