The Bexar Heritage and Parks Department is seeking competitively proposals from qualified contractors for the Macdona Plaza Park Construction. In accordance with the plans, specifications, drawings, and contract documents to complete the scope of work which includes the demolition and site work, infrastructure, hardscape, structures, lighting, planting, irrigation, and site furnishings at Macdona Plaza Park located at 9900 3rd Street, Macdona, Texas 78054. The design documents for the Project have been prepared by Realto Studio Architects and will be provided with the release of the RFP. Offerors must respond to all elements of the Project Scope description below and any addenda issued prior to the submission deadline.
