e Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Preparation of the site, including Sediment and Erosion Control Best Management Practices, for staging and implementation of Bypass Operations and Pump Station Improvements. 2. Demolition and replacement of four (4) existing drywell pumps including concrete pedestals, PLC replacement, and replacement VFDs. 3. Installation of a HVAC system, including air conditioning units and air intake relocations in the control room. 4. Construction of a partition wall in the control room. 5. Installation of a restroom facility. 6. Construction of a steel platform for a 1 MW natural gas backup generator (Owner prepurchased) and construction of a steel platform for new pad-mounted transformer (provided by Dominion Energy). 7. Construction of a gravel driveway in the pump station yard. 8. Installation of a 1 MW natural gas backup generator (Owner pre-purchased) and removal of existing 400 kW diesel backup generator housed in generator building (to be demolished). 9. Installation of natural gas service line on site from generator to meter (meter and tap on existing gas main along Bluff Road to be provided by Dominion Energy).
