The awarded contract will cover removal of waste material collected at UTS. The Contractor shall provide technical assistance and advice to UTS employees by telephone during normal business hours at no additional cost to the City. The City may request, at no additional cost, onsite training. Such training shall be provided by a qualified Contractor representative and cover topics including, but not limited to Contractor-specific waste identification, classification, handling, packaging, labeling and documentation. Waste will normally be removed on a mutually-agreeable pick-up schedule, either on Tuesdays or Fridays, reoccurring at two-week intervals. The City expects to rely on services provided under this Contract for the disposal of the waste types listed below, however, the Contract shall not confer exclusive rights of disposal service to the Contractor. a.
