SCOPE This specification contains requirements pertaining to the supply and delivery of parts utilized in the repair and maintenance of the primary and final sedimentation tanks at the Camden County Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF), 200 Jackson Street, Camden, NJ 08104. 1.2 The Authority makes no guarantee as to the quantity or number of parts to be supplied and delivered under this contract. 2.0 GENERAL 2.1 Parts shall be supplied and delivered Free On Board Destination (F.O.B.) to the Camden County WRRF, 200 Jackson Street, Camden, NJ 08104. 2.2 Workmanship shall be in accordance with high grade commercial practices governing this type of equipment. All parts specified to be supplied shall be manufactured in accordance with the original manufacturer’s material specification, tolerances, and design. If the original manufacturer has upgraded or otherwise improved their original design, the parts shall be of the improved design of the original manufacturer or an equivalent as approved by the Authority. 2.3 The Contractor shall furnish a standard warranty that ensures the parts supplied shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after final acceptance of them by the Authority. The warranty furnished shall include all parts supplied and utilized under this contract. 2.4 Parts shall be preserved, packaged, and identified with applicable part numbers in accordance with the original manufacturer’s standard commercial practice.
