1. SCADA network support services: i. Provide onsite hardware diagnostic support for the EMERSON manufactured 33XX, ControlWave, ControlWave Express, and ControlWaveMicro based equipment, Allen Bradly PLC (CompactLogic and ControlLogic) and GE PLC. ii. Modifying existing or developing new Emerson OpenEnterprise based programs and data collection using ControlWave Designer and OpenEnterprise GraphWorx’s. iii. Modifying existing or developing new HMI applications using FactoryTalk ,EzBuilder Pro and/or Unilogic iv. PLC programming – Developing custom code based on various project specifications and CCMUA standards 2. Review proposed improvements for wastewater facilities and recommend elements necessary for SCADA improvements implementation, including but not limited to hardware, telemetry devices, communications equipment, electrical infrastructure, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), operator interface terminals (OITs) and instrumentation and process control systems 3. Perform project management tasks for SCADA and controls projects including overseeing the entire project: i. Design Review – Provide review of design documents produced by CCMUA’s engineering team or consulting engineers and provide comments related to Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls ii. Submittal Reviews – Provide review of contractor submittals to ensure conformance with the design and CCMUA’s preferences and standards iii. Field services – Project startup, troubleshooting, and training 4. Additional services: i. Additional elements on which work may be performed include, but are not limited to telemetry surveys, security and encryption of data and operating systems, electrical and controls system testing and troubleshooting, data collection, and development of standardization for parts, sensors, components. 5. Emergency-based assistance i. Perform on‐call and emergency response on water and wastewater related controls and SCADA emergencies. The Integrator shall be available and capable of responding onsite to an emergency call within one hour of notification.
