UND is seeking a Design Professional with demonstrated experience in higher education health professions, particularly within academic medicine and medical and nursing school environments. Ideal expertise includes design for an academic building to house a nursing school, simulation center, teaching classrooms, research labs, service areas, along with technology needs required to support teaching, learning, and discovery across academic and research spaces. • Space Assessment & Programming o Provide space assessments for the College of Nursing and programming needed for the new addition. This assessment will extend into simulation and research labs comprehensively with the existing SMHS. • Design Services o Provide renderings and animations as needed to support the fundraising initiatives. • Cost Estimating o Provide this service in conjunction with a CMaR
