Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: Evisions is the sole provider of Banner-based enterprise reporting tool (Argos), document data merge and delivery system (FormFusion) and Accounts Payable and Payroll check and direct deposit integration. Argos is the only web-based ad hoc access and reporting tool specifically built for Ellucian Banner clients. It is heavily integrated into Banner and has been in use for over a decade. It would be costly and disruptive to the organization to replace it with another product at this time.
