2.1 The contractor shall mow and weed-eat each location on a biweekly schedule. However, the City of Branson has the right to suspend mowing operations in wet/dry or slow growth periods at the discretion of the Public Works Operations Manager or other designees. The contractor must provide a biweekly schedule for each property to be maintained. 2.2 The City of Branson can add or remove any mowed area at any time due to budget. All changes must be submitted in writing by both parties. 2.3 The City of Branson anticipates approximately eighteen (18) to twenty (20) biweekly cuttings for the 2026 season. The mowing season will commence and end at the discretion of the Public Works Operations Manager. 2.4 The contract shall follow all approved schedules except for rain events, holidays, or special events. The Public Works Operations Manager has the right to notify the contractor to adjust schedules. 2.5 The Operations Manager has the right to reject any portion of work. If defective work is identified, the contractor must correct it immediately.
